Comax standard delivery of heavy catering equipment is via a 3rd party courier service made by one-person, to the ground floor entrance to the building (kerbside only). Please make sure you have support on hand to help receive this delivery. The service does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the courier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the courier is unable to deliver due to access. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and may incur an additional cost. Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, or assembling items. Please note also that some larger appliance products will carry a restocking fee if a product is returned and this will be chargeable. All goods must be inspected on delivery and any damage must be reported immediately to the courier and to Comax
